Field-level comments and rejection notes add specificity to the contribution, review, and approval request workflow.
For each metric field in a request, participants can add a comment inquiring about or explaining a value.
Reviewers and approvers can reject a specific field and add a rejection note explaining why the value was rejected. If a field is rejected by a reviewer or approver the entire request must be rejected and sent back to the contributor for further edits.
NOTE:
A request cannot be approved and finalized until all rejected fields are resolved - that is, until all the field-level rejection comments are resolved.
