New Features

• SFTP Connector: Automated Data Ingestion - Say goodbye to manual file uploads! You can now set up an automated data bridge between your existing systems (like ERP, HRIS, or data warehouses) and Novisto using Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP). Your data files are picked up automatically on a schedule—no complex API coding required. The results appear alongside manual imports and every value change is fully traceable in the audit trail. Launching March 17.

• Framework Report - Export to Excel - You can now export your Framework Taxonomy Reports directly to Excel (.xlsx). The export includes all the key columns you expect—framework details, disclosure codes, field labels, values, units, and even monthly or quarterly breakdowns. The format matches the report UI, making it easy to work with your data outside the platform.

Improvements

• Smarter Request Status - Requests with deactivated data sources now show the correct status. If all active sources are imported, the request is marked as "Imported." If all sources are deactivated, it's marked as "Inactive." No more confusion about whether work is still needed!

• Framework Report Gets New Filters - Finding what you need in the Framework Taxonomy Report is now easier. We've added a guidance link and new filter options: you can choose to display all data fields, only fields with values, or only fields without values. Perfect for spotting gaps in your data collection!

• Better Framework Report Exports - Word and PDF exports of Framework Taxonomy Reports now include a handy table of contents. It's much easier to navigate long reports and find the sections you need.

• Microsoft Add-In: Smarter Conditional Triggers - We've fixed an issue with conditional triggers in the Microsoft Add-In. When updating to a fiscal year or business unit where a conditionally triggered field has no value, the field's link is now maintained. No more broken links when you switch back!

Coming Soon: Language Support

• Platform UI in French, German, and Portuguese - Coming in March! The Novisto platform interface will be available in French, German, and Portuguese. This initial release covers UI elements like buttons and menus.
